Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is hearing my mom and grandfather sing, and other times listening to my dad blasting music in his car.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bryson Tiller, T R A P S O U L Drake, Take Care Sara Tavares, Fitxadu Although I specialize in Afro House as a DJ and producer, I appreciate taking time to enjoy more relaxing and soulful music.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “DA DI BO (feat. Enos David)” I love this song because no matter where I play it in the world, it instantly lifts the crowd’s mood. When I played it in Japan, people even described it as “happy music.”
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing on the main stage at Afro Nation Portimão, being the first Cabo Verdean DJ to perform in Japan and receiving a nomination for Best Afrohouse Song of the Year 2024 at the Cabo Verde Music Awards.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There are still many collaborations with incredible artists that I’m eager to pursue. Additionally, my goal is to bring my Afro House style to the biggest stages worldwide and share that energy with a global audience.
