Chi è Fall Down Trees
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
We had a brand new band, the Subterranean Five, and we were really excited to debut at a house party in Greenville, SC. We were headlining, and we got half way through the first song and the police showed up and shut the party down.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Lucinda Williams, Car Wheels On a Gravel Road
Neil Young, Tonight's the Night
Tom Waits, Mule Variations
All of these albums take you to another world with their production, musicianship, and especially songwriting. Their voices may not technically be the best, but they move you and drip with character and emotion. The albums feel lived in and real.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Santa Claus is Back in Town”
Christmas song I know, but I love how loose and live this feels. Recording the vocals I imagined being in a naughty Santa role play fantasy and it worked. This is as close to Howlin' Wolf as I can ever hope to get.
