Before he was a member of not one, but two of the giants of the grunge era (Soundgarden and Pearl Jam), drummer Matt Cameron was a member of the little-known instrumental prog group FEEdbACK. Also featuring bassist Daniel House and a guitarist known enigmatically as "Nerm," the band existed for just about a year in 1984 before House and Cameron left the band to form Skin Yard. Though the short-lived band was an anomaly in the Seattle scene and only played a few shows, its recording legacy, an 11-song demo cassette, was eventually released on CD in 2012 by C/Z as Home Recordings 1984. ~ Gregory Heaney
