Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Hearing a bass guitar up close for the first time and feeling the vibration hit my chest. I didn’t know how to play a note, but I knew instantly that this was the instrument that made sense to me.

Weather Report, Heavy Weather
Weather Report opened my ears to musicianship without limits, Everlast brought a groove and honesty I connected with instantly, and Motörhead were the band I saw on TV at 10 years old that made me think, “I want to do that.” Those 3 albums defined me

I wrote this during a two‑week stay in London, at a time when I was finally learning to accept my own voice. It became the first song I ever sang on, and it still feels like a love letter to the city that helped me find the confidence to begin again.
