An occasional jazz trio featuring the immense talents of John Abercrombie, (b. 16 December 1944, Portchester, New York, USA; guitar), Dave Holland (b. 1 October 1946, Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, England; bass) and Jack DeJohnette (b. 9 August 1942, Chicago, Illinois, USA; drums). They have recorded four excellent albums over the past three decades. It is a testament to their strength as musicians that they can reunite sporadically, and immediately ignite the same spark.
