Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Me (Sam) and Joe Pealstrom ditching school to go to my friend Marlow's apartment where we'd record vocals off my karaoke machine, drums off loops on the turntables, and bass off the Yamaha PSR keyboard straight on to my Tascam Porta Studio 02.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Born Jamericans, Yardcore Dr. Dre, 2001 Sublime, 40oz. to Freedom 40oz. to Freedom shaped my love for reggae and punk, influencing my musical style. 2001 is iconic, with beats and flow that still inspire me. Yardcore blends reggae and hip-hop perfectly, capturing the vibe I love and bring to Herb N' Life.
