In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
Making music for gamers; I got started just singing in school choir, theatre, and eventually just started picking up instruments and mangling them in a DAW. I enjoy sounds of all kinds. There's so much that is great, and yet so much that is untapped.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Disasterpeace, Hyper Light Drifter (Original Game Soundtrack)
Flying Lotus, You're Dead!
Grizzly Bear, Shields
they all rip, paint images with only sound. Conceptually fitting, never has a dull moment in their range. They all capture a scene, a place and take you there, and have you wondering where in the cosmos those places exist.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Playing shows in new places and meeting people, that's where the music is.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
To make music for games & film. Eventually I want to expand in to multimedia installations. I want to create generative music with actual substance, meaning, and in return generate magical possibility.
