Chi è JOVA
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
My parents can sing! I remember being 5 or 6 and just sitting in awe on my way to school listening to them. I fell in love with music right there and then.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Drake, Take Care (Deluxe Version)
Lecrae, After the Music Stops
Vico C, Aquel Que Había Muerto
These three albums have shaped who I am as an artist. They inspired me to be both a better Christian and a better artist.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“NENA DE PAPI”
I love this song because it's a love letter to my daughter. I feel like it's a song that she can listen to at any stage of her life, whether I'm still here or not, and feel like I'm still there with her.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
I don't have a single most memorable moment... yet! But I will say, I'm still in shock at the amount of people I've met while doing this. So many cool people that have become almost family. Love y'all!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
CHOLISEO HERE I COME! Honestly, there are too many things to list but headlining El Choliseo in Puerto Rico is definitely at the top of that list.
