The ballads and slow jams of Memphis native Kendrick P. strike a fine balance between smooth sensuality and raw emotion. Active since his late teens, the contemporary R&B singer/songwriter started with releases such as MUSex (2014) and M.E. (2015). Those independent recordings provided the foundation for his sound as it has gradually evolved in the 2020s with projects such as W.Y.A.F. (2020) and Years & Tears (2023), as well as MUS3X (2024), the third volume in a series he launched ten years earlier.
