Also known for their bass-heavy DJ sets, sister act Kinder merge atmospheric electro-pop, soul, African and Latin rhythms, and big builds and drops into their original club tracks. Their eclectic debut single, "What You’re Like," was released in 2018.
Briony and Savannah Osei were raised in Maitland, Australia in a musical family with a significant vinyl collection. The sisters started making trips into Sydney to DJ together as teens. After honing their skills in the city's underground clubs, they began headlining locally and accepting offers to open for acts including Marshmello, NGHTMRE, and RL Grime. Triple J named their Friday Mix the best of 2017, and in early 2018, they were featured on the track "Hold On" by Bhasker and Shapeless, which they also co-wrote. Kinder's own singles, "What You're Like" and "Something More," arrived later in 2018. ~ Marcy Donelson
