In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Ever since I was a kid I always created songs in my head, it was like a game (I thought everyone else did as well!). I have two older brothers so lots of different music genres at home. And my dad loved classical music so he played that all the time.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Madonna, Like a Prayer Michael Jackson, Off the Wall The Killers, Sam's Town All three represent all the different genres I love in music and they've been an inspiration in some way or another to make my own songs: from the production to the lyrics and the moods. I can play them all the time and never get tired.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Fighters” This is such a special song to me. I wrote it as an anthem to our inner strength as human beings. Also, I remember finishing it in Oaxaca, Mexico, so it has an extra special memory attached to it.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Every time one of my songs connects with an audience it feels special and serves as I reminder of what I create music in the first place: to reach others and communicate with them.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd love to keep improving with each project and album, to reach more people and to do some exciting collabs!
