Mimy Succar is a Peruvian salsa singer of Japanese descent. Born Miriam Tayrako Sakaguchi in Lima in 1959, she won several beauty contests in her youth and eventually married pianist Antonio Succar, with whom she had three children, including future percussionist and bandleader Tony Succar. In 2025, Mimy and Tony won a Grammy Award for Best Tropical Latin Album with their live set Alma, Corazón y Salsa.
