Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first album drop. I was so excited, yet nervous so I couldn't sleep. I worried about how it would be received, but ultimately I saw a large showing of support. It legitimized the need and importance of what I had to say in my music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? DOM KENNEDY, Volume Two Freddie Gibbs, Madlib, Bandana Rick Ross, Rather You Than Me For me, it's the combination of production, and delivery. Each of these has a feel that defines the times in which they were released. You felt the intent behind the music and they will forever be classic albums in my opinion.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Fallin'” This song comes from a place of peace and freedom. It's liberating emotionally. Its a declaration to where I am in life and a reminder of where I came from to get here. Its a subtle scream that I AM supposed to be doing what I am doing in my life.
