Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My dad has an extensive vinyl collection with selection of jazz albums from the early sixties. Bird to Coltrane and Ornette Coleman to Albert Ayler. I remember listening to those not really understanding anything but being weirdly drawn to them.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? John Coltrane, A Love Supreme Pat Metheny, Question and Answer Wayne Shorter, Speak No Evil (Rudy Van Gelder Edition) (Remastered) I love these album for their embracive sounds and lyrical expression while being supported by endless technical skills deep communication. They take you on a journey, tell stories, with or without lyric.
