Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Working with Mr. Lee on Slim Thug's album, Tha Thug Show, changed the trajectory of my music. Not only did I learn proper mixing techniques, but I also got to be a part of a major album creation and release process.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, E. 1999 Eternal Chamillionaire, Paul Wall, Get Ya Mind Correct Thug Life, Thug Life, Vol. 1 These albums stayed in heavy rotation at different points in my life. Each one represents a different chapter for me that either gave me comfort or taught me about something I was dealing with at the time.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “I Might Fall Down” This song captures a lot of feelings I have when people tell me I don't share enough about my frustrations. I specifically name the things that people tell me as their actions move in the opposite direction of their words.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of my most memorable moments has been sending my collaborator and friend, passive the rapper his first real recording equipment. I listen to his songs he makes now and I wonder what would have happened if I never put my faith in his abilities.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would like to do a small tour at some point in my career. I think that would be significant to do without having to rely on that as a main source of income.
