Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Recording songs from the radio onto cassettes and remixing them by hand. That curiosity for sound and emotion sparked everything I do today.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Hans Zimmer, Interstellar (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) [Expanded Edition] Joseph Trapanese, M83, Oblivion (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) [Deluxe Edition] Various Artists, A State of Trance (650 New Horizons) [Selected By Armin Van Buuren, Bt, Aly & Fila, Kyau & Albert and Omnia] These albums shaped how I approach sound. Oblivion and Interstellar taught me how emotion and space interact, while A State of Trance reminded me that melody and energy can move people just as deeply as film scores.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Hearing thousands react to one of my unreleased tracks at a festival. That moment reminded me why I make music.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Scoring a full feature film and performing a live hybrid show with real instruments and modular synths.
