Ré Lxuise's style of contemporary R&B favors slow jams that are melodic and atmospheric in nature. Originally from Detroit, Michigan, the singer and songwriter born ReVana Louise Stanfield furthered her career after she relocated to Atlanta, Georgia. Covers uploaded to social media caught some attention. Lxuise appeared on numerous recordings throughout 2016, including All Have Fallen by Elhae, who added her to the roster of his Dream Loud Music Group. The label issued her debut EP, DM Me, in early 2017. Later in the year, Lxuise could be heard on two tracks off Musiq Soulchild's Feel the Real (as one-third of the group BLAQGxLD, featuring Musiq and Willie Hyn), which was nominated for a Grammy in the category of Best R&B Album. The following year, Lxuise released Nostalgia:199X with a guest appearance from her father, veteran gospel artist and pastor Rudolph Stanfield. ~ Andy Kellman
