Austrian DJ Rene Rodrigezz was born in 1986 under the name Rene Seidl. As a child, he went to a music boarding school, received classical piano training, and was a member of St. Florian Boys' Choir. From the mid-2000s, Rodrigezz featured on the DJ circuit in a variety of nightclubs in Austria and released numerous singles and remixes including DJ Antoine ("Sunlight," 2011), Merlin Milles ("Sax Bomb," 2010), and Bodybangers ("Set the Night on Fire," 2012.) In 2010 he was nominated three times for the same Austrian Dance Award, and a year later, he won the award in the category of Best Remixer. In 2011 he released his debut album, Crank, But Sexy, and his single "Shake 3x," which entered the Austrian Top 40. In early 2013 he released the follow-up album Love, Peace & Rock 'n' Roll, which made it to number four on the Austrian album charts. ~ James Pearce
