In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest music experience was laying in bed with the windows open on a cool summer night while my dad play guitar and sing old folk songs on our front porch. I learned the power of a simple tune with tasteful guitar.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alan Doyle, Here, Tonight (Live) John Denver, The Wildlife Concert (Live) John Fogerty, 50 Year Trip: Live at Red Rocks John Fogerty literally taught me how to play guitar- using a guitar tab book that I got when I was 12. The other two artists have inspired me for years with their songwriting and tasteful guitar playing. I love the energy of live music much better.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Lukey” This was the first song we learned as a band. It is also one of my favorite songs and the name of my youngest son.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I love playing small pubs where the crowd will get up and sing and dance with us. The Celt in Mckinney, TX is always a great time.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Our goal as a band is to play the Dublin Irish Festival in Dublin, OH. Also, a tour of Ireland with fans. We just want to play great folk music and have fun with our friends.
