Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was very young, 7 or 8, my sister was getting piano lessons, I would sneak in after her practice and start hitting keys and marking what ones sound good together trying to piece together how notes and sounds worked.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Jellyfish, Spilt Milk (Remastered) Killing Joke, Killing Joke Röyksopp, The Inevitable End Killing Joke was a epiphany band when I discovered them. 2003 for me captures what I love most about them. Jellyfish are one of the greatest unknown bands, Split Milk is a master piece. I love the tech beauty, emotion of Royksopp, this is my fav one
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Here Be Dragons” Hard to pick, but Dragons captured the tone and story essence I was after. Its at the point in the story when our protagonist is first discovering the outside world. The fear and wonder, desire, self reflection, uncertainty all feel present
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Starting playing bars and shows at 14yrs old. Touring in my younger days, meeting and working with my musical heroes, starting my own music production company, being awarded on the international stage for my work and creations.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Just getting started with this project. Many places Robot Ghost has yet to explore musically. Much more to come soon.
