Beginning in the ā80s, TM NETWORK spent almost a decade as one of Japanās premier synth-pop outfits before returning in the 2000s with a more prog rock-influenced sound.
ā Their signature song, 1987ās āGet Wild,ā appeared as the first ending theme for the anime version of the manga City Hunter, for which it won an Anime Grand Prix award.
ā āBeyond the Time,ā from 1988ās double-Platinum Carol ~A Day in a Girlās Life 1991~, was the ending theme for the box office smash Mobile Suit Gundam: Charās Counterattack.
