Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My first performance at my alma-mater Norfolk State University gave me the confidence that I have on stage to this day.

Tell us why you chose this song. “They Killing Us” The record explains in detail what it’s like being a person of color and having to navigate encounters with law enforcement strategically because if not the result could be fatal.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My most memorable moment so far is signing to Pusha T’s label Heirwave Music Group. Inking that deal let me know all the hard work I was putting in was worth it.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? No specific bucket list items, I just want to continue growing as an artist so I can show the people coming after me that it’s possible and be someone who people can look to for hope.
