Carrie Underwood says her REFLECTION residency reaches beyond the confines of a concert. In typical Vegas fashion, it’s a full-blown spectacle. “We wanted a show that’s worthy of the heart and energy of Nashville and the glitz and glamour of Vegas,” she tells Apple Music. “That’s our goal every night.” The special effects are aplenty: A truck is set on fire, fans’ bachelorette parties are celebrated, a virtual orchestra performs, and there’s even a waterfall finale—all things she says she wouldn’t be able to pull off on a tour, but which work just fine in a customizable Vegas stage. “We are definitely able to do things on the Resorts World Theatre stage that we couldn’t put on a truck and move from city to city,” she says. “This show really is a reflection of my career so far, celebrating the hits that everyone has come to know and love. It’s one of the most fun shows I’ve ever done. We have such a great time onstage every night.”
