Allday
Speeding
アルバム · Hip-Hop/Rap · 2017 · Allday under exclusive license to G.Y.R.O.
If Allday raps like a street skater—smoothly flowing over varied terrain with attitude and ability—then Speeding shows he’s ready for the pro ranks. Like Future or G-Eazy, Allday’s sing-song, rapid-fire raps come dusted in a cloud of mood and a touch of nihilistic excess. “10 Drinks” and “Ghost” are songs Frank Ocean would bump in his Lambo. Allday connects with Mallrat on “Baby Spiders” and “Ultramarine,” showing a strain of vulnerability lurking behind the carefree façade.
