Pianist Christopher Glynn is widely noted as an accompanist who has worked with some of the world's top instrumentalists and singers. He also has a flourishing solo career, is the longtime director of the Ryedale Festival, and is a noted educator. Glynn's substantial recording catalog often features him in an accompanimental role, but he was featured as a soloist on the album Matthew Gee's Amazing Sliding Circus (2018). In 2024, he was heard on a pair of albums, backing various singers on Schumann in English, Vol. 1, and accompanying soprano Claire Booth on Arnold Schoenberg: Expressionist Music.
