A raucous, establishment-challenging band from Hastings, East Sussex, Kid Kapichi take inspiration from U.S. alt rock while staying true to their British indie punk roots. They spent the latter half of the 2010s building a grassroots following with a series of D.I.Y. singles and EPs before self-releasing their first album, This Time Next Year, in 2021. After striking a deal with Spinefarm Records, Kid Kapichi made a quick follow-up with 2022's Here's What You Could Have Won, followed two years later by the energetic There Goes the Neighbourhood.
