In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember when I was a kid listening to all the music my parents would play out. I'd be helping my dad do yard work while he played a lot of hits from the 80's, running around the house and my mom playing out loud many of her favorite songs.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Daft Punk, Discovery Michael Jackson, Thriller Tame Impala, InnerSpeaker I chose these 3 albums in particular because they were some of my earliest exposure to music. There wasn't a day without MJ. Daft Punk was my intro to electronic music and Tame Impala was a later discovery that took me by a storm.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Calentura” This one is special because I got to sign it on Loco Dice's label Desolat. This was a huge milestone in my career and seeing this track gain major support and be played all over the world in some of the biggest stages made me believe even more in me.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Meeting Melé and having an opportunity to become friends with him and later release on his label was a huge honor. He's always been a major inspiration and to now be able to receive feedback from him and having him bring me on his platform is nuts.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'd love to take on touring more and get a chance to spread my music internationally. Connecting with many of my listeners is a big dream of mine.
