In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember singing a song by Fred Hammond called, "Let the Praise Begin" when I was still probably around preschool aged. Music always made me happy and still does.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bryson Tiller, T R A P S O U L Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly Nipsey Hussle, Victory Lap My all time favorite albums are "Victory Lap", "TRAPSOUL", and "To Pimp a Butterfly". I like when a boundary is pushed and a story is being told at the same time. All three of these albums exemplify that to me. They make me want to make better music.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Typical” I think this is the first song that I stepped into a pop sound and still felt like I was being true to myself. I treasure this song also because of it's multiple meanings.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Making my first song. I find it funny to look back at my old music and compare it to the version of me that I am today. My first song was garbage but it definitely shaped how I would eventually start to make music now.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I think the bucket list for me right now is to step into other genres just to see how well I'd do. I like most music and I think that eventually I'll be able to make all music too.
