• Javi recorded his first song when he was three years old. He told his single mother he’d change their circumstances by the time he was a teenager, and he made good on that promise.
• Javi was a teenager when he earned his first major placement, a guest spot on rapper B.o.B’s 2018 Naga album.
• He articulated his pain over acoustic guitar on his contemplative 2019 breakthrough single “9 Times Outta 10.” Fellow ATL rapper Lil Baby jumped on a remix the following year.
• In 2020, Javi looked inward once again for the candid Personal Problems 2 project, featuring the silky Lil Keed collab “Vibez’N.” The project was cosigned by ATL trap pioneer T.I.
