Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was very small, my parents bought an old, dusty upright piano from our landlord. I was fascinated by the strings inside - I’d open it up and pluck them directly. That sense of curiosity still shapes my music.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Paul Simon, Graceland Radiohead, In Rainbows Víkingur Ólafsson, Philip Glass: Piano Works These three albums explore very different sonic worlds, but they all pulse with aliveness in a way that captivates me and uncovers new rewards each time I listen.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Vincennes (Solo Piano Version)” Walking through Vincennes before dawn with my young son, we explored while the city began to wake. That quiet, dreamlike time lingers in the music - its crystalline top line drifting over a flurry of inner voices, hopeful yet fragile.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing for 50,000 people at Battersea Park Fireworks was surreal - the scale, the energy, the sky exploding afterward. But just as memorable are the quiet moments: someone in the audience telling me my music made them cry, in the best way.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I’d love to score a film - something visually rich and deeply emotional. Also, performing in truly unusual spaces, like inside an observatory or underwater (logistics pending).
