Nigerian singer-songwriter Chike studied computer science in college, but after graduating he decided to pursue a music career in Lagos.
∙ Chike’s first taste of music stardom came when he reached the top 10 of the singing competition show Project Fame West Africa in 2015.
∙ In 2016, he placed second on the debut season of The Voice Nigeria, earning a major-label record deal.
∙ The independently released Boo of the Booless, his 2020 debut album, topped the iTunes charts in Nigeria.
