In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember my mother putting me in drum lessons at three years old at The World Stage in Leimert Park. That was the start of my musical journey.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Cannonball Adderley, Nancy Wilson, Nancy Wilson & Cannonball Adderley Esperanza Spalding, Radio Music Society Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly To Pimp a Butterfly is special to me because it was my first time hearing the sax played in popular music. Radio Music Society was one of the first albums that got me interested in contemporary jazz, and Cannonball is my blueprint for all things sax!

Tell us why you chose this song. “Watching The Night Pass” This tune holds a special place in my heart because it came to me during fall of 2021. The lockdowns had lifted, and it was during this time that I was truly grateful to be able to be back at school, studying, and composing music.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Headlining at the 2024 Leimert Park Jazz Festival was a memorable moment for me! It was great getting to play my original music in front of thousands of people!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There's multiple things left on my bucket list! I want to tour and perform all across the world at venues like Jazz at Lincoln Center and the Hollywood Bowl! I am also excited to compose and release more music, and delve deeper into my artistry!
