Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember playing keyboards as a child and feeling the expression and transcendence of music!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Claudio Ferrarini, Jóhann Jóhannsson: Flight from the City (Arr. for flute by Claudio Ferrarini) - Single Tangerine Dream, Quantum Gate Thomas Newman, Thomas Newman: Movie Classics I love these albums for their emotional precision and use of electronic and symphonic instruments. Very inspiring!
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Float Plan” This song was inspired by the ocean's life and beauty. It's a very watery song evoking memories of the waves crashing in Monterey.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I've been scoring exhibits and films for the Monterey Bay Aquarium since 1999. When I visit there, I'm so pleased that the music is accompanying such beautiful animals and conservation messaging. I love hearing songs from early in my career.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My hope is to keep offering music that heals and mellows the heart and mind!
