Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up on D’banj’s No Long Thing, Wande Coal’s Mushin 2 Mo’Hits, Fela’s classics, and later Wizkid. I started by adding my own verses to their songs before writing my own. Music isn’t just something I do, it’s who I am, my truest expression form
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Asake, Work Of Art Lauryn Hill, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill Wizkid, Made In Lagos I chose Made in Lagos because it feels like home and keeps me grounded. Work of Art motivates me with its bold energy and pride. The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill speaks to my soul, reminding me to love, grow, and stay true to myself
