In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember playing a toy piano that my dad got me when I was 5 and I wrote a song called "butterfly". I thought it was the coolest thing ever! I was hooked on music for the rest of my life!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Elton John, Live In Australia (Remastered) Medeski, Martin & Wood, Uninvisible Paul Horn, Inside the Great Pyramid I chose "Live In Australia" because it was the first CD I ever owned! "Inside the Great Pyramid" has been an incredible inspiration for my music. I love anything by Medeski, Martin & Wood and first heard "Uninvisible" on iTunes!
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Solar Plexus” I love "Solar Plexus" because when I studied the Chakras to make my album, I wanted to embody the warrior within. Almost like the wild west but with sound.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of my most memorable career moments was when I performed my composed music for the Appalachian universities where I grew up!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes! To make a huge difference with my music on a larger scale.
