In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up listening to my mom singing and playing guitar and piano. My folks would often get together with friends to play music and sing. I also grew up going to church with my family where singing was a bid deal.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Guns N' Roses, Appetite for Destruction Nirvana, Nevermind Refused, The Shape of Punk to Come Seeing the video for Welcome to the Jungle at my grandparents house when I was 9 years old set the course for my musical taste. I'm a 90s kid so Nirvana changed my life. In my late teens, Refused reset what music meant to me.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I'm super proud of the releases of my band Gnarwhal. Our 2023 self titled album took a lot of blood, sweat and tears to create and I am stoked how it turned out.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I just want to be able to progress and improve as a songwriter and performer and have the opportunity to share my music with others.
