In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first time I remember being passionate about music was at age 7, and I imagined I would someday create some music of my own. So in high school, my friends and I formed a now-defunct G-clique, and that was how my journey as an artist began.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Burna Boy, Twice As Tall JAY-Z, 4:44 Wande Coal, Mushin 2 Mo' Hits Jay-Z is the big daddy Hip-Hop needed, and the 4:44 album has so much depth. Mushin 2 Mo' Hits was a classic. Indeed Wande Coal set the tone for the newest Afrobeats wave we hear today. I have been a big fan of Burna since "like to party".
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I would really love to push boundaries with my music someday and be a leading voice for the African continent.
