Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a child, I loved spending time at my grandparent's house. They had an old, out-of-tune, piano that I loved to play. If I close my eyes I can see that room. My grandpa plays the violin and being around such an amazing musician inspired me.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Chris Stapleton, From A Room: Vol. 1 Waylon Jennings, Lonesome, On'ry & Mean (Expanded Edition) Willie Nelson, Red Headed Stranger All of these albums tell their stories in such an amazing way. They inspire me as a songwriter, musician, and vocalist. These artists use their voices and musicianship to craft beautiful compositions, leaving you wanting more.

I had been writing poetry and playing guitar quite a bit, but I had never thought to put my writing to music. I sat down with my guitar, some written lines, and an idea. This song flowed out of me and onto the page.
