In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My love for music comes from my family. Hearing Usher, Stevie Wonder, Mary J Blige and 50 Cent at the age of 6 introduced me to the beauty of rap/sung performances. One day I got chicken pocks as a kid and found MTV Base, my life was never the same.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Drake, Nothing Was the Same (Deluxe) J. Cole, 2014 Forest Hills Drive Kendrick Lamar, good kid, m.A.A.d city (Deluxe Version) I think NWTS is the perfect Drake album and his magnum opus (artistically). 2014 Forest Hills Drive is the story of J. Cole the one we should've heard in 2011. Good Kid M.A.A.D City is the best debut album of all Hip-Hop history (sorry Nas fans).

Tell us why you chose this song. “Don't Let Go” I love Don't Let Go, what makes it special is that it was written honestly and everything I felt at the time poured into the mic. Everyone can relate to having the willpower to overcome adversity, and that is exactly what the song is, fuel for soul.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My highlights include opening up with Pain YSL for A-Reece & The Wrecking Crew on Flvme's CLOUDS Tour in 2018. Producing for Cape Town-based duo Phresh Clique and The Hustle contestant Vassago The Prince. Performing at my first runway show Desus AW23
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Positively affecting people's lives with my music. I used to watch DVD's of Michael Jackson and Bob Marley live as a kid, headlining my own show at a stadium is definitely on my bucket list and Performing outside of South Africa is a dream of mine.
