In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My family had one of the main party houses in Hackney's Gambian community at the time, and the only one I remember having a mic with our sound system. I've been addicted to the rush of performing to a room full of adults at those parties ever since.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Fleetwood Mac, Rumours Super Deluxe Edition Sade, Diamond Life Wyclef Jean, The Ecleftic -2 Sides II A Book Rumours is gorgeous from production to the vocals, especially Stevie! Dreams is actually my favourite song ever. I'm a Sade stan and Diamond Life is damn near perfect! Ecleftic covers so much ground sonically and helped me through a real tough time.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Koc” I'm forever curious about words that lead me to other words and this song felt like a stream of consciousness from one thought into the next and by the time I looked up, I had a song. I loved taking the listener on the journey with me.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Without doubt the most memorable moment so far was performing at Independence Stadium in Gambia - in my mum's hometown of Bakau - my 1st time back in 10 years!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My bucket list is long and I like to keep those things close to my chest but above all I want to continue to shock myself by materialising the things that my inner child could only dream of.
