It's common for rappers to guest on one another's tracks, especially if they all belong to the same crew, but every so often the chemistry is so good that it demands a proper team-up. Combining the talents of fellow Odd Future members MellowHype (made up of Hodgy Beats and Left Brain) and Domo Genesis, MellowHigh is one of the most inevitable joinings of forces since Method Man and Redman started putting out albums together. Though MellowHype and Domo Genesis had appeared on one another's work before, their first full-length outing as MellowHigh would arrive in 2013 when the trio released its Billboard-charting self-titled debut on Odd Future Records. ~ Gregory Heaney
