Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Some of my earliest memories with music are weekends with my family. From, Friday, to Sunday. Watching my grandfather in the living room going through his vinal collection. To the Sundays, at church hearing the music of worship filling the room.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Alina Baraz, Galimatias, Urban Flora Lil Wayne, Tha Carter Polyphia, Remember That You Will Die Tha Carter has always been one of my favorite albums, ever since I was a kid Lil Wayne is the G.O.A.T. Polyphia's album is just a work of art in itself every song leads into the next and tells a story in a beautiful way. Urban Flora is just a vibe
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Phone Call” This song is for my children's grandfather. He chose the be there for me when a lot of other people had turned their backs on me. He passed away a little over a year ago. This song is what helped me come to terms with his passing.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Going viral in 2014 and getting to be on the Jimmy Kimmel Live show in Hollywood Ca. Alongside music giants like Trey Songz, Juicy J, and Aloe Blacc. As well as, doing a show at the House of Blues in Dallas.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I look forward to the day I am doing a show, and the crowd is chanting the words louder than ever before. As well as a chance to impact someone if just one of my songs can help someone feel a little less alone then I've done my job.
