John Martyn, Bless the Weather Julie London, Julie Is Her Name Linton Kwesi Johnson, Dread Beat and Blood Julie is Her name is the perfect early-morning-put-on-a-pot-of-coffee record. Bless the Weather is an all-time great English folk record that has inspired me greatly. Dread Beat and Blood is dub perfection. Linton's songs are groovy and muscular.
