In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. The first song I remember writing was about the ice cream truck passing us by-- it had a Caribbean lilt to it and I recorded it to my Olympus recorder. I sang it in school one day and other kids started singing it around me-- I was SHOOK.
