Pete Philly, born Peter Monzon, is a Netherlands-based rapper who aligned with producer Pieter Perquin as Pete Philly & Perquisite. The duo released two proper studio albums (2005's Mindstate and 2007's Mystery Repeats), as well as a remix compilation (2007's Remindstate), prior to parting ways.
