POLYBIUSについて
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
We all grew up with different music backgrounds: Tam with musical theatre, Will with jazz, Donovan with metal and punk, and Simon with classic rock and indie. Somehow, all those influences came together in POLYBIUS.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Muse, Black Holes and Revelations
Paramore, Paramore
The Veronicas, Hook Me Up
We picked these albums because they feature some of the sounds we love and take a lot of inspiration from. They’ve influenced us in many ways and helped shape the sound we’re creating with POLYBIUS.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Hideaway”
“Hideaway” is special to us because it was the first song we ever released. It marked a huge milestone for POLYBIUS and was the start of putting our music out into the world.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
One of our most memorable moments was releasing our first song, “Hideaway.” It was the first time we put our music out into the world, and seeing people connect with something we’d created together made it feel really real.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
There’s still so much on our bucket list. We’d love to tour the world, open for artists like Paramore, Yungblud, and Rage Flower, and hopefully one day be able to make POLYBIUS our full-time career. We just want to keep growing.
