Affiliated with the groups Opgezwolle and FakkelBrigade, Sticks, also known as Sticky Steez, is a Dutch rapper who made his solo album debut in 2004 and rose to Top Ten success soon after ward. Born Junte Uiterwijk, he first recorded with the trio Opgezwolle. As a solo artist, Sticks made his full-length album debut with 2004's Microphone Colossus. His second album, 2007's Fakkelteit, reached the Top Ten of the Dutch albums chart. With the splintering of Opgezwolle in 2007, Sticks formed FakkelBrigade, which reached the Top Ten with 2009's Colucci Era. He followed quickly with his third solo album, 2010's Alledaagse Waanzin. ~ Jason Birchmeier
