Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I still can't believe it - I was blessed to work w Jam Master Jay in 1990 on my first album, The Hard Corp’s “Def Before Dishonor”. That's before Stone Deep. It felt like gettin plugged into a magic energy source. I still feel it every day.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Beastie Boys, Paul's Boutique Jimi Hendrix, Band of Gypsys (50th Anniversary / Live) Run-DMC, King of Rock These hit like atom bombs. KoR's just funkier, heavier, more stripped down, than anything, ever. Paul's Boutique - I just couldn't believe it. I listed to it over and over for years. Jimi's BoG is the most muscular funk w just 3 guys - its magic.

Back then Top 40 radio was everywhere but it didn't speak to no one. We were like: We'll make our own music, our own world, and celebrate with all the folks who didn't feel they was Top 40 people.
