Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. At two it was clear I was comfortable singing in front of a crowd. During a toddler music class, I marched up to the front of the room and confidently shared my take on “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star” with my first audience of caregivers and toddlers.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Rainy Summers” I wrote my debut single “Rainy Summers” sitting in bed with a guitar and pen, describing the storm outside my window. I hoped my lyrics would convey regretful nostalgia for past moments and create a relatable and validating comfort song.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The first time I sang on a Manhattan street I was 14 years old. Within minutes a park worker’s smile encouraged me to keep going, and soon a crowd formed. After a year of busking, I am still inspired when people stop to sing along, smile, or dance.
