The Human Abstractについて
A metal band steeped in progressive and classical influences, the Human Abstract take their heady moniker seriously, offering up dense, dynamic songs with ponderous themes. Hailing from Los Angeles, the group gained the attention of the metal community with its bold 2006 debut, Nocturne. In 2008, the ensemble had a considerable shakeup, with the departure of lead guitarist A.J. Minette, but the Human Abstract replaced him with Andrew Tapley and unveiled a well-received concept album, Midheaven. Further personnel changes found Minette returning and vocalist Travis Richter replacing original frontman Nathan Ellis for 2011's Digital Veil.
